CFO Serbia & Macedonia, Atlantic Group
Zoran Daljević is the Director for Serbia and Macedonia of the Atlantic Group Central Finance, who joined the system in 2012. As the Director of Central Finance he is in charge of the accounting, treasury and controlling function of Atlantic Group’s legal entities in Serbia and Macedonia. He is too directly managing finance of Soko Stark, which operates within the Atlantic Group, while in 2015 he managed the company Foodland merger/integration into the Atlantic Group System. He cooperates and coordinates with other central functions in Serbia.
He came to this position from the position of the Financial Director (CFO) of the Company Marbo - Pepsico for the Western Balkans, where in the period from 2008 to 2011 during his working engagement, he established control -planning function and carried out the integration of Marbo - Pepsico finance into the Pepsico system, following the successful acquisition. In the course of 2009/10 he participated in the preparation and implementation of SAP in the company as the Cut-over Manager.
Previously, he worked at Allied Domecq, one of the world's biggest manufacturers and distributors of spirits and wines, initially as the Chief Financial Officer from 1997 on, and then, from 2002 on, as the Director (CEO). During this period, more precisely in 1999, the company in Serbia was declared as the best within Allied Domecq Europa. Following the takeover of Allied Domecq by French Pernod Ricard, Daljević continued to work as the General Manager, at first integrating the existing team into the Pernod Ricard structure, and then contributing to further growth of the existing and developing of new brands from Pernod Ricard program.
His rich business career he began in Iskra Delta, at that time one of the largest domestic enterprises for the production and sale of computers and computer equipment, as an intern in Export Department in Ljubljana (Slovenia), and later on as the Exporting Activities Coordinator of Iskra Delta Beograd (Belgrade). He worked thereupon in several companies within the Planning and Analysis Department, and thereafter as the CFO of the Banking Payment System, Komet Holding, Kriko and Kriko Tours (Director), and in 1990 he worked as well within the Marketing Department of the Newspaper-publishing Company Politika.
He was born in 1961 (February 19th) in Beograd (Belgrade). He attended elementary school in Belgrade and Skopje (Macedonia), and the Grammar School in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Belgrade. He graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 1984, Department of Economic Statistics and Cybernetics. In the period from 1983 to 1985 he was the Student Vice-Chancellor of the University of Belgrade and member of the Presidency of the Association of Students’ Organizations of Yugoslavia from 1986 to 1988.
He has completed a number of trainings in the field of finance, management and IFRS. Ha actively participates in the work of NALED (National Alliance for Local Economic Development) and AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce). He is a member of the International Controller Association and PMI.
He speaks English and Slovenian languages.
