General Manager, Global Seed
Sasa Vitosevic was born on 23 June 1969. in Prizren. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, Department of Plant Protection. He speaks English.
His career in business started in 1994 in the company Laboratory-Beovita. In 2000 he continued as the Federal Minister of Agriculture, and then as a Adviser to President of Yugoslav Bank for International Economic Cooperation and Special Advisor to the General Director of the National Savings Bank. Since 2005, he has been General Manager of Global seed Group in Novi Sad.
Over the years he worked as a President of the Board of JUBMES Bank, a board member of the National Savings Bank and Chairman of the Board of Ski Resorts of Serbia.
He also worked on many projects in cooperation with the governments of Japan, U.S., Norway and Italy in the field of agriculture, as well as on startup of Registry and lending to agricultural households.
Areas of research and interest are agricultural policy, financing of agriculture, and rural economy and agribusiness.
