US-educated IT professional with BA in Management Information Systems and MBA from the University of Minnesota, with a passion for hockey and building a legacy for M&I Systems Group.

A prolific businessman, with over 25 years of experience in the software industry and business strategy and consulting, he is one of the driving forces behind the M&I Systems Group becoming one of the most successful tech companies in the Adria region and across the Atlantic, consolidating several companies, including M&I Systems Co, TIAC, M&I Systems GmbH, Procesna Inteligencija and Kroog Ventures.

Throughout his career, Vladan has gained invaluable hands-on experience in identifying opportunities, analysis of macroeconomic, regulatory and legal issues, leading staff and developing M&A strategies, joint ventures and co-investments. Dedicated to constant innovation, Vladan navigates his teams in the course of progressive thinking and approaching goals and challenges with knowledge and creativity.

Vladan led one of the most complex transactions in the regional IT market, successfully completed in July 2024 with Seyfor, one of the largest European ICT solution providers, which expanded its activities across Europe by acquiring a 70% stake in M&I Systems Co. 

Vladan has established a significant formal and informal network of key contacts over a long period and his focus on innovative thinking and precise execution delivers first-class results for the Group in various new markets. A father of three and a former active hockey player, Vladan is a promoter of true values at home, workplace and society as a whole.

Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce awarded him "The Most Successful Entrepreneur in 2022". Throughout his career, he supported many initiatives, and projects in sports, arts, youth education, and community development. Vladan likes to emphasize that if a person does not strive to create more, he does not have a challenge that drives him, hence cannot claim that he is an innovator of a new tomorrow.
