Zoran Blagojević was born on November 16th, 1963 in Mostar.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in 1987. Mr. Blagojević has been active in the insurance industry since 1992. After having gained very valuable experience in two local insurance companies, he got the opportunity to implement his knowledge by managing different departments within the VIG daughter companies in Serbia, Wiener Städtische osiguranje a.d.o. and Wiener Re a.d.o.

From the very beginning, in June 2003, he assumed the position of Manager for Property Insurance. From 2004 to December 2008 he was engaged as Head of Non-Life Department. After establishing Wiener Re (VIG daughter reinsurance company in Serbia) he was appointed as CEO. After three and a half years, he came back to Wiener Städtische osiguranje a.d.o. at the position of Executive Director and Executive Board Member and since the end of December 2015 he took over the position of CEO.

During his carrier he attended various trainings and education programs aimed at professional and personal improvement, primary in the area of Top-Level Management and different fields of Insurance. He is member of the of the Board of directors Association of Serbian Insurers, SorS Insurance Association, Association for Insurance Law of Serbia and member of the Publishing Council of the Magazine for Insurance Theory and Practice.

He is married to Vesna Blagojević with whom he has a daughter Tara.
