Zorana Brankovic is Head of Multichannel in Banca Intesa Belgrade. Born in Backa Palanka and graduated from Faculty of Organizational Scineces. She has over 16 years of expirience in digital banking and is one of the pioneers of e-banking in Serbia. Spent first 12 years of banking expirience in IT and during that time successfully led numerous projects in digital banking area. She introduced first Mobile banking app on Serbian market in 2010 and first Digital wallet in 2016. She has strong IT bankground and wide bussiness knowledge. She is also a member of e-government associsation and works actively with other professionals from banking and corporate world on digitalization of Serbia.
