Jelena Bulatović is the Executive Director of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM). For over a decade, she has successfully led SAM, Serbia’s largest management association, playing a key role in elevating the visibility and recognition of the management profession in the public sphere. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she specializes in the professional development of managers and young leaders, business networking, and fostering business and community growth.

Before joining SAM, Jelena worked at USAID within the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, where she led U.S. government projects aimed at advancing Serbia's economic development as a specialist in banking and finance.

Her contributions to community have been recognized with the prestigious “Red Cross Silver Badge” for exceptional service to vulnerable populations, as well as the “Heroine Woman” award in 2014 for her humanitarian work and contributions to business diplomacy.

Jelena has served on the Board of Directors of "3 Bank" since 2014, and has been a member of UNICEF’s Business Council in Serbia since 2019. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade.
