Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, majoring in Marketing Management. She has been with the company since 2002, joined the company management structure in 2005, and has held the position of Executive Director since 2011. During the past period, she designed and implemented innovative projects that introduced positive changes to the employment practices and labor market in Serbia, as well as various technology based business solutions in the field of recruitment and employer branding. She defined the strategy and led the transformation of Infostud from an employment website to a entire solution center for the labor market.
