Predrag Ćulibrk was born in Ruma in 1968, and he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Department, in Belgrade, in 1994.

Upon the completion of studies, he started his professional career in the Development and Investment Division of Telekom Srbija, the theAnchorn Public Enterprise PTT Srbija. He was, in various positions, responsible forplanning and development of the telecommunications network and implementation and improvement of telecommunications services.

Since the beginning of 2005, Predrag Ćulibrk performed the function of Strategic Planning Department manager in Telekom Srbija, and was appointed manager of the Strategy and Development Department the same year. He was responsible for the implementation of numerous innovations in the field of telecommunications and a large number of strategic projects from various segments of Telekom Srbija's operations.

He was appointed director general of m:telBiH, i.e. Telekom Srpske, on 18 June 2007 and performed this function until September 2012. In this period, m:tel BiH became one of the leading telecommunications companies in the region. The company expanded its operations on the territory of entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, underwent an organizational and personnel transformation and became a fully market-oriented company. This resulted in its top market position in mobile communications in BiH, while in Republika Srpska the company became a market leader in broadband Internet access services and multimedia services.

Since September 2012, he has performed the function of director general of Telekom Srbija a.d.
