CVETKOVIĆ Vladislav
President, NALED
Vladislav has 28 years of diverse professional experience in the private and public sectors, covering financial consulting, management, privatisation, investment, policy development, project management, and strategy development.

During his 12 years in government projects, Vladislav led or participated in project teams on many of the major reform initiatives of the Serbian transition governments since 2001. Experience includes banking and insurance sector reform and privatisations, restructuring and pre-privatization of large state-owned enterprises, lead on majority of the largest Serbian M&A transactions, and other reform agenda projects developed and implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, National Bank of Serbia, Ministry of Energy and Telecommunication, and a number of other regulatory bodies and agencies.
In his role as Director of the Serbian Privatization Agency from 2009 to 2013, Vladislav was responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of numerous individual privatisation and restructuring projects, as well as the development of privatisation policies and the improvement of the regulatory framework.
In PwC, Vladislav is in charge of markets and advisory Services. He oversees infrastructure, policy improvement, and capacity-building projects for private clients, public sector and multilateral lending institutions.
Vladislav has a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics at Belgrade University
