Vera Dondur is a retired full professor who graduated and obtained her Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Belgrade. She was appointed to academic positions at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry at the University of Belgrade. Lecturer and researcher with 40+ years of experience teaching courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses: Chemical Kinetics, Catalysis, and various other subjects.She supervised the preparation of numerous doctoral dissertations and master's theses. At the University of Kragujevac, Faculty of Medical Sciences, she taught Physical Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology. She is scientifically active in the field physical chemistry of materials, aluminosilicate chemistry, zeolites, and catalysis. Her published scientific papers are widely cited in international journals, and she is a co-author of several patents. She has served as the dean of the faculty, president of the National Council for Science and Technological Development, and state secretary in the Ministry of Education and Technological Development.
