Ekaterina Egorova is the CEO and CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of IKEA for South-East Europe, a position that allows her to oversee the Sustainability Department for the region as well. 

Ekaterina has a long-standing career within the company, which began in 1998 when she joined the IKEA Russia team. She has held various positions at a national level, including the significant role of Market Manager in Russia. Later on, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she became the Area Market Manager for the Northern region of IKEA UK and Ireland. She has amassed extensive industry experience, which she uses in every activity that she coordinates, as she is dedicated to growth and performance. 

Ekaterina Egorova's role includes taking on bold projects that integrate physical and digital operations, through which the company contributes to improving and developing its range of services and making them more accessible for IKEA customers.
