Alisa Evsina is an experienced HR Director with over 20 years of work engagement in human resources management. She holds a Master's degree in economics, in HR management in Kingston University and is CIPD certified.

Throughout her career, Alisa has worked across three countries, gaining valuable skills in leading projects of acquisition, establishing new services, and transforming companies from state to private ownership, implementing best practices in compensation and benefits (C&B) and driving cultural transformations. Alisa's journey began at BNP-DRESDNER BANK, followed by roles at EHINGER & ARMAND VON ERNST, HEINEKEN BREWERIES, and NCG-(Airport). 

In 2014, Alisa joined NIS j.s.c. as the Director of the Compensation and Benefits Sector, where she was focused on modernizing the company's C&B policy. She took on the role of HR Director in October 2018, entrusted with leading one of Serbia's largest and distinguished HR teams.

Alisa's strategic focus revolves around strengthening NIS' employer brand and fostering an enriching corporate culture. With her multidimensional skill set and fluency in several languages including Serbian, English, French, and German, she navigates efforts and successes of her team.
