Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Generali Insurance Serbia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Generali Insurance Montenegro since January 1st 2016.

Prior to that, he was Deputy CEO and Member of the Executive Committee of Generali Insurance, in charge of commercial affairs, P&C, MTPL, casco, travel and voluntary health insurance, since 2011. While in Generali Insurance Srbija, he completed several CEE Leadership Programs and other business courses. He is an active member of Association of Serbian insurers.

Company Delta Holding is the beginning of his career, 1994. As general manager, he was head of several profit centers: Delta DMD (wholesale and distribution), Delta Auto (car dealership and selling), Delta Chemicals (chemical industry).

Since 2002 until 2010 was managing director of Delta Maxi, a retail chain of Delta Holding. While his mandate was active, Delta Maxi expanded rapidly, becoming first national and later regional leader in retail. Serbian market has been spreading to Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia and Hezegovina.

Received many awards, some of them are Manager of the year for business efficiency and creativity, organized by the Club of business journalists Belgrade (2003) and the National trophy for quality/International recognition for quality, Geneva (2008).

Dragan Filipović was born on November 19th, 1968, in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. He is married and father of two daughters.
