Ms. Filipovic was born on March 1, 1978 in Valjevo.

She graduated at the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade University in 2002.

She gained the Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Economy, Belgrade University, with the Master thesis entitled “Perspectives of the development of Electric Power Industry of Serbia within the Energy Community of the countries of South Eastern Europe” in 2009.

Until 2005 she worked in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia – Treasury Department, Debt Management Section.

From 2005 to 2012, she worked in JP Elektroprivreda Srbije - Division for Economic and Financial Affairs - Department for Foreign Currency Transactions as well as Division for Trade in Electricity.

In the period from August 2012 to February 2013, she was appointed Assistant Minister of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection and was in charge of the Power Sector.

From 2013 to May 2014, she worked at JP Elektromreža Srbije as Director of Treasury Sector.

Since May 2014, she has been the State Secretary of the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia.

She holds an International certificate of Accounting  since 2004.

Her computer skills include MS Office (Word, Exel, Power Point).

She speaks English and basic Italian.

She has one child.
