Mr. Darko Glišić graduated in Belgrade from the Geodetic High School. After graduating from the College of Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Belgrade, he obtained the title of B.Sc. in Geodesy.

He held the position of President of the Municipal Assembly of Ub in the period from 2005 to 2006.

Served as a deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia for two terms, from 2003 to 2008 and as the president of the Ub municipality from 2012 to 2024.

He has been in the Serbian Progressive Party since its foundation.

Mr. Glišić was elected as president the party's Executive Committee at the Party's Assembly in 2016.
