Milan Grujić is the Managing Director of ZF Serbia, also the President of AHK Serbia and a Member of the Managing Board of CCIS. Milan is a Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade.

He has built a successful managerial career in the automotive industry. He spent more than 20 years in ZF company, working in ZF since the establishment of the first Serbian representative office of the ZF Aftermarket Division, and since 2018 he has been managing ZF Serbia, the largest direct greenfield German investment in Serbia up to date. The highest technology production plant ZF Pančevo and the most modern Research and Development Center in Pančevo and Novi Sad currently employ more than 1.800 people, developing and producing most technologically advanced products that can be qualified as the future of the automotive industry - electric drives for automotive premium brands and the latest generations of their car models.

Milan's contribution and influence on the economy and economic development of Serbia was recognized throughout his career and is highly appreciated. Thus, in 2018, he was selected as an honorary citizen of the city of Pančevo, and on the occasion of the Statehood Day of Serbia in 2019, he was awarded the Gold Medal for Merit.
