Marina has been a part of Mondelēz International for more than ten years, with relevant knowledge and experience, continuously contributing to the company’s success and purpose to empower people to snack right. In 2022. she took the role of Managing Director for East Adriatic Markets & Bulgaria, being responsible for further business growth by leading the team in charge of development and execution of the local strategies in nine South Central Europe markets. Before the appointment of Managing Director, she had been Director European Export, based in Zurich, where she led the European Export Sales & Marketing team and delivered strong Top&Bottom line growth over the years.
Marina has almost 20 years of experience in business, sales operations and marketing in FMCG industry with strong focus on delivering targets and exceeding expectations. She has graduated and completed MBA Management at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. Driven by professional and personal growth, she stands for people development, constantly shares her expertise among company teammates and wider audience by participating as an active guest speaker at different business and management courses.
