Louise leads Government and Development business for Mastercard Advisors in Europe.  She focuses on data insights, capabilities and platforms for civil society and governments across the region with a focus on tourism, economic planning and growth and smarter city initiatives.  She also leads Mastercard in EU H2020 consortiums and drives inclusive growth initiatives within international PPPs.
