Đorđe began his career working in the family-run apartment rental business in Montenegro, gaining experience in both small and large coastal hotels. In 2018, Đorđe and Ilija founded a consulting agency that helped small and medium-sized accommodation providers and hotel owners optimize their online sales and select the right technology partners.

After identifying a gap in the market caused by the lack of adequate technology and the prevalence of outdated solutions that slowed down operations and complicated management, they started developing the first domestic all-in-one cloud software for hotels and private accommodations.

From 2021 to today, OTA Sync has acquired over 3,000 users across 23 markets. Đorđe currently oversees the company's sales, marketing, and finance teams. So far, OTA Sync has attracted €1.5 million in investments.
