Tamara is leader of Represent Communications agency since 2019, fast growing company for integrated communications on Balkan, where she has worked for the last 18 years. 
The agency which she is in charge is keeping the reputation and image of various domestic and large international companies and brands such as Samsung, Philip Morris, Hemofarm, MK Group, Nelt, Phiips, Coca-Cola, but also well-known conferences in region such as ATP tournament, Kopaonik Business Forum and Serbian Insurance Days. She has extensive experience in managing teams of different structures and areas of business and uses her high professional standards in cooperation with clients and stakeholders, as well as her everyday knowledge and experience to improve and develop various agency services and people. 
Since being in the position of executive and general manager, the agency has continuous annual growth in revenues and profits, as well as constant growth of employees and clients in the company.
She is a regular lecturer at the London School of Public Relations and often uses her professional experience at internal and external tailor-made trainings for employees and clients and among students of Belgrade University. 
Also, Tamara is the one of the winners of the Business Elite Award "40 under 40" for 2020 and is ranked among the top 40 young leaders of Southeast Europe under 40, a program that identifies outstanding young directors and entrepreneurs in the world of business.
She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. She is a long-term member of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) and the International Advertising Association (IAA). In 2021, she was a regular columnist for Karakter magazine.
She is married and has two children
