Mihajlo Džaril is the founder and CEO of Fortuna Esports, a prominent regional organizer and producer of gaming content. A distinguished alumnus of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, Mihajlo initially embarked on a legal career, later transitioning into a role as a consultant in the Advisory department at EY. His focus on EU-funded projects in the Government and Public Sector set the stage for a remarkable professional journey.

In 2016, Mihajlo founded Fortuna and adeptly steered its rapid evolution from a nascent startup to a trusted player in the esports industry. Committed to delivering world-class gaming experiences in the region, Fortuna, in collaboration with United Media, achieved a significant milestone by being the first to bring local and global esports tournaments to traditional television through Sport Klub.

Under Mihajlo's leadership, Fortuna now boasts an impressive annual production of over 200 live broadcasts, contributing to a staggering 1,000 hours of compelling content. 

Recognizing the pivotal role of collaboration, Mihajlo co-founded the Serbian Games Association (SGA) in 2018 and presently serves as a dedicated Board Member. SGA, an alliance of 100+ companies and studios within the Serbian gaming industry, seeks to address collective challenges, provide a unified platform, and amplify the sector's voice both domestically and internationally.

Today, the Serbian Games Association stands as a non-profit, non-government organization, garnering recognition and support from local and international stakeholders. These include embassies, the USAID program in Serbia, the British Council, Institut Francais, Goethe-Institut in Serbia, the French-German cultural fund, and the European Game Developers Federation. 

Mihajlo's multifaceted contributions underscore his commitment to elevating the esports and gaming landscape while fostering unity and progress within the industry.

In 2023, he received a public recognition - the Plaque of St. George, the highest award of the city of Kragujevac for the assistance provided to this city and its citizens, for exceptional personal and professional commitment and achieved results in the field of digitalization, the construction of the Government Data Centre in Kragujevac and the initiative to build the Innovation District in Kragujevac, making this city the leading IT centre in
