Ksenija Karić has more than 18 years of experience and expertise gained working in various leadership positions. After completing her economics studies at Nottingham University in the UK, she began building her career as an SAP consultant, and after a few years in the IT business, she upgraded her experience by working in some of the largest energy companies. She has led and developed energy projects with her team, mostly in the oil and gas fields in recent years.

Ksenija is Country General Manager at Schneider Electric for 3 years now and she is very committed to the promotion of digitalization, electrification, industry automatization, and sustainability. With her commitment and personal example, she contributed to the affirmation of women in STEM.

Ksenija is the President of the Energy Committee, a member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham), and AFA Vice-president.
