Since its inception in 2007, Ana has served as the Director of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation. The mission of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation is to contribute to the development of an equal, tolerant and unified society. The Foundation seeks to foster community spirit and solidarity in the society through philanthropy, advocacy and volunteerism.
Ana’s primary focus of the past 15 years has been the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, both corporate and individual, as well as nurturing and sustaining the further development of the organization and the growth of the philanthropic practice in Serbia.  
Ana possesses 19 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in the SEE region, with a primary focus on Serbia, Montenegro, and her native Macedonia. Her core competencies are in program management, personnel and human resources management, fundraising and partnership with corporate, high-net-worth individuals, and crowdsourced/mass fundraising sources. 
She has a B.S. and MA in electronics and telecommunications from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia.  
Ana is the chair of the Activity Steering Committee of the Coalition for Giving, led by Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, and a member of the Serbian Prime Minister’s Philanthropy Council.
