As of October 2024, Srđan Kondić PhD, has been appointed CEO of Addiko Bank A.D. Beograd. Before that, he successfully managed and navigated Addiko Bank Banja Luka and Nova Banka Banja Luka through comprehensive turnaround and digital transformation and restored their market position.

With a background in the banking sector as well as regulatory authorities that spans more than 15 years, Srđan possesses a unique vantage point, providing him with an unparalleled understanding of the regional market from different angles, which enables him to offer a holistic perspective and customized solutions. A banking visionary, whose expertise in regulatory affairs, backed by a PhD and MBA in Banking, makes him prepared for any challenge that may arise.

Srđan started his professional banking career in 2007 at the Banking Agency of the Republic of Srpska as a Bank Supervisor, after which he became Head of the Department for European Integration and International Cooperation. At the same time, he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka. During his work at the Banking Agency, he also performed the duties of the Agency’s representative at the European Central Bank and the Agency’s representative in the Working Group for the development of new legal and by-law regulations in the banking sector of BiH (Basel I and Basel II).

He is one of the founders of the Association of Professional Risk Managers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
