Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture. Started working in Delta Holding in 1999 as a commercial officer and made rapid progress in the commercial sector. He also worked in Delhaize Serbia as Director for Indirect acquisitions, transit, compensations and general affairs.
He took the position of General Director of Delta Agrar group after holding  the position of Director for Operations in Delta Agrar from April 2012.
As from the year 2016, he is the Vice President for Agriculture in Delta Holding.
He speaks English.
Ivan is married and has two children.
