Siniša Krneta serves as the CEO of Belgrade Stock Exchange as of July 2015.

He was born in 1974 and holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Belgrade.

Mr. Krneta has more than 20 years of extensive capital market experience at the most developed capital markets as well as in Serbia and SEE region.

He has started his career as a futures trader specialized in index futures trading. In 2001 he has joined Belgrade Stock Exchange serving as the Director of Business Operations.

Devoting his cereer to development of Serbian Capital Market, today he is recognized professional in stock exchange industry in wider region. Being focused on strategic and project management, he led various local and regional Capital Market projects and working groups and has contributed to the development and promotion of the capital market in Serbia and SEE region.

Since 2017, he is a member of Capital Market development working group within the frame of Berlin process, focusing on positioning local Capital Markets among key drivers for a sustainable economic growth of all the countries in the region.
