Tanja Kuzman is the CEO of the Digital Serbia Initiative, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in digital transformation, startups, innovation, and finance. Over the past six years, she served as the Director of Digital, Startups, and Innovation at PwC Serbia, where she led and coordinated activities across nine countries in Southeast Europe. She was also a part of PwC’s global teams focused on startups, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence. In this role, she led numerous international projects, centered around building the innovation ecosystems and digital solutions, with extensive stakeholder involvement.

Before joining PwC, Tanja worked as an Investment Director at a VC fund in the UK and as consultant at the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs at the European Commission, the World Bank and several other international organisations. She began her career as an Advisor to the Deputy Minister for European Integration at the Republic of Serbia. She was recognized as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow of the whole world at the 44th St. Gallen Symposium of Leaders of Today and Leader of Tomorrow  in 2014. Tanja holds a degree from the FEFA Faculty, while she earned both her master's and PhD in Finance from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
