Neda Lazendić is the director of WV International Serbia, which in cooperation with the Norwegian investor Emergy, is developing projects of construction of wind power plants of planned capacity of 800MW in South Banat and solar power plant of 80MW in Žabalj.

As a member of the working group for drafting and implementing bylaws based on the Law on the usage of renewable energy sources under the National Alliance for Local Development (NALED), Neda advocates the implementation of the Green Agenda and increasing the share of electricity from renewable sources in total energy consumption. She is the Vice President of the Energy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), where she is constantly improving the investment framework for foreign investments in the field of energy and energy efficiency. He is one of the members of the board of directors of the Dutch-Serbian Business Association and an ambassador of the Nordic Business Alliance (NBA). She was chosen in the three best young managers for 2021 by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM).
