- Carlo Lo Cascio joined the diplomatic service in 1990 and began his career by
serving in the Directorate General for Cooperation to Development
Born in Palermo, on September 3, 1963, Carlo Lo Cascio graduated in Law at the State University of Palermo. Married, two children.
