Nikola Lovrić was born in 1960, in Sombor. He finished his secondary education in Karlovačka gimnazija in Sremski Karlovci. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad in Novi Sad.

He worked in the administrative bodies of the Government and the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, as a law graduate.

Since 2002, he has been employed at the Novi Sad Fair. He worked as a manager of the Technical department and in the commercial sector. In 2008, he was appointed director of the Department of  quality appraisal. In 2013, he was elected as a member of the Executive board – Executive manager of legal and general affairs.

In September 2023, he was elected CEO of the Novi Sad Fair.
