CEO, Telekom Serbia
Vladimir Lučić was born in the town of Šabac on 18 February 1971. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He also obtained an MBA degree in accordance with the syllabus of the Graduate Institute Kurt Bösch, Switzerland.
He acquired his professional experience in the Ericsson company in Sweden, and as an O&M system support engineer in Germany. With several disruptions, he has been part of the Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd team since its set-up in 1997. He developed his professional career first as a telecommunications officer at the Mobile Telephony Division, then as the head of the Network Department within the Mobile Telephony Division. Thereafter, he was appointed chief officer of the Mobile Telephony Division. He played an active part in the establishment and commissioning of a third operator in Montenegro when the mobile network m:tel was put into operation in record time, within a period of only 77 working days. In October 2008, he was appointed chief officer of the Commercial Affairs Division which manages commercial activities in the sphere of fixed and mobile telephony, the Internet, customer care and communication with business partners. He continued to broaden his experience in the telecommunications sphere at Montenegro’s m:tel. At the beginning of July 2012, he was appointed chief executive officer of m:tel d.o.o. Podgorica. In December 2020, he was appointed CEO of Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd.
