MIHAJLOVIĆ Predrag
President of the Executive Board, OTP Banka Srbija
Predrag was appointed President of the Executive Board of OTP banka Srbija a.d. Beograd in November of 2019 following the takeover of the Bank by OTP Group. In September of 2019, OTP Group acquired ownership of Societe Generale Srbija, which has been operating since as OTP banka Srbija a.d. Beograd. In addition, Predrag Mihajlovic has been tasked with implementing the integration process between OTP banka Srbija and Vojvodjanska banka and has the role of Executive Sponsor of the Project.
In the earlier period, since December of 2017, following takeover of Vojvodjanska banka by OTP Group and until the end of October of 2019, Predrag Mihajlovic exercised the function of President of the Executive Board of Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad. At the same time, he also oversaw the integration project between Vojvodjanska banka and OTP banka Srbija AD Novi Sad, which was successfully completed at the end of April of 2019. During the process of complex integration into OTP banka, Vojvodjanska banka increased its profit and posted a growth of market share in all key business segments.
Mr. Mihajlovic started his banking career at AY Banka Ltd. London as dealer on the foreign exchange market. In the domestic financial sector, he was professionally engaged on various positions, from business arrangements partner to president of the Executive Board. Mr. Mihajlovic exercised the function of special adviser, and then vice-president of the Executive Board in Komercijalna Banka, he was director of the Corporate Division in VTB Banka and president of the Executive Board in Credy Banka (KBM bank) and in OTP banka Srbija.
Mr. Mihajlovic additionally improved his knowledge and skills in renowned financial institutions such as Citibank, JP Morgan, McKinsey and Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Mihajlovic also used his rich experience acquired in the banking industry in providing consulting services at Baker Tilly Western Balkans, where he worked as director for the development of internal financial control systems, risk management and bank restructuring.
Mr. Mihajlovic served as governor of the US Chamber of Commerce during two terms, and was president of Board of Directors of NALED.
In October of 2018, he was appointed president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Banks of Serbia, he exercises the function of vice-president of the Responsible Business Forum of Serbia and is member of the Presidency of the Serbian Association of Economists.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, completed post-graduate studies at Grenoble Ecole de Management at a University in France and obtained a PhD in business administration.
He is married and is the father of two children.
