Dragana Milanović is a co-founder and co-owner of Serbian fashion brand Roberto Baressi, which is best known for the premium fabrics and high-quality production of it’s products and accessories. After graduation, she took over her family business, transformed it over the following 10 years, and managed to make a successful company and well-known fashion brand with 5 shops in Belgrade and 30 employees.

Dragana graduated from Faculty of Philology, Italian language and literature in Belgrade, and she has master’s degree in Marketing Management and Public relations - Faculty of Organizational Sciences.

In 2020. she was given the award in the Young Manager of the Year category, by Serbian Association of Managers (SAM). In that particularly challenging year, thanks to the well-organized activities and fast transformation, she managed to save the overall business and make outstanding results.

The same year, she was also one of the nominees for the Entrepreneur of the Year, by Ernst and Young in Serbia (EY).

In 2023, she received the Outstanding Woman in Business Award, issued by EBRD and Banca Intesa for the Western Balkans.
