MIŠČEVIĆ Nenad
General Manager, PepsiCo West Balkans
In April 2017 Nenad Miščević was appointed the Commercial Senior Manager for West Balkans, which includes the markets of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as those of former Yugoslavia. As of 2018, he is managing PepsiCo operations for the Baltic countries, too.

Prior to these positions, Miščević was the Sales Strategy, New Business Development and Trade Marketing Manager in Pepsico West Balkans. Nenad possesses over a decade of extensive experience in Commercial roles in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He has played an integral role in setting top performance standards for the Sales teams, by driving innovation and successfully executing the Sales strategy. By significantly improving and managing profitable in-store initiatives, he contributed to achieving remarkable business results and Marbo Product became a No1 Macrosnack company in Serbia for the first time in history.

In previous years, he has significantly impacted the increase of capacity, expansion of the distribution network and portfolio enlargement by introducing world famous PepsiCo brands Doritos and Quaker, as well as the well-known brands of beverages Pepsi, Mirinda, 7up and Lipton at the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nenad graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics. Nenad’s appointment is the first time that local talent has taken a leading Market Unit role, since PepsiCo entered the Western Balkans region.
