Nebojsa Nesovanovic is the Senior Director at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with more than 80,000 employees. Currently, he is responsible for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory team in South Eastern Europe, covering 8 countries in the region. He has over 20 years of international real estate experience.

Mr. Nesovanovic has extensive knowledge of all the SEE Real Estate markets, and has been involved in a wide range of projects in the region, working with all major financial institutions, funds, investors, developers and large corporates.

Mr. Nesovanovic is a Member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS). He is founder and the first president of Serbian Association of Appraisers. He had been the president and the vice – president of the Real Estate Committee at Foreign Investors Council for years, taking an active role in legislation reform in Serbia
