Natasa is part of EY’s Global Women. Fast forward team established at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2015 with aim to accelerate gender parity in the workplace. She is leading EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women programs across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA). The program identifies high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to scale and provides them with ongoing support to help accelerate their growth.
Natasa is also part of EY’s team that supported the formation and efforts Women 20 (W20), the new G20 engagement group focused on gender equality and economic inclusiveness. The team has a close collaboration with the independent policy institute, Chatham House, through their annual International Policy Forum on gender-inclusive growth.   
Natasa specializes in program management, change management and public affairs. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication teams at EY for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Through various programs, such as EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Entrepreneurial Winning Womenand start-up initiatives, Natasa has been working with entrepreneurs for almost a decade now.
