Sanja Nikolić has spent the last twenty years working in insurance and has joined the Executive Board of Wiener Stadtische osiguranje in January 2024.

She has started her career in sales, cooperating with leasing providers and later with large multinational companies. In 2013 Ms. Nikolić took over the role of Head of Corporate Insurance, leading a team of experienced professionals in underwriting and product developing; planning and organizing corporate sales activities designed to provide outstanding customer experience and managing partnerships with large corporate customers, insurance brokers and international partners.

In January 2022 she was assigned wider responsibilities, adding bancassurance, leasing insurance and cooperation with insurance agencies to her existing role in corporate business. In her new role she was overseeing sales strategies and tactics in order to deliver additional value to the company, reflected in higher premium volumes, profit and customer satisfaction and loyalty.

She graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
