Dušan Obradović is a general manager and leader with extensive experience in business development, strategic investment, and digital transformation. He currently leads the SEE UP accelerator, a unique program supporting startups from Southeast Europe. The accelerator specializes in BioTech, Health, Pet, and FMCG sectors, with a mission to help revenue-generating startups scale their businesses through mentorship, investor connections, and product commercialization support.

Dušan is the driving force behind SEE UP’s strategic partnerships with renowned institutions, with a strong focus on attracting local and international investments for startups. He actively works on building a supportive ecosystem by collaborating with key stakeholders and designing programs that provide startups with direct benefits for growth and success.

Before taking on the role at SEE UP, Dušan served as the General Manager of Bold International Group, where he managed business growth, implemented innovative strategies, and optimized internal processes.

His international experience includes a leadership role at AliPay as Regional Risk Manager for Southeast Asia, where he worked on digital transformation, risk assessment, and the development of e-commerce platforms across countries like Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Dušan obtained his degree at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
