OBRADOVIĆ Marija
Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Governmentof the Republic of Serbia
Graduated from the Teacher Education Faculty in Belgrade. After many years of experience in journalism, first as a journalist for Radio Television Kruševac, and then as a journalist and editor for PE “Ibarske novosti” and RTV Kraljevo, in 2008 started working for the Information Service of the Serbian Progressive Party.

From 2012 to 2020 she was a deputy in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for three mandates. She was the founder and coordinator of the Women’s Parliamentary Network. In two mandates, during the period 2014-2020, she was the President of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

 During her mandate as a deputy in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, she was also the member of numerous assembly committees.

She is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party, elected as the Deputy President of the Main Board on 28 May 2016.

She was elected as the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government on 28 October 2020.
