Milica Otovic is 19 years old and comes from Gornji Milanovac. She finished high school "Takovski ustanak" in Gornji Milanovac, with great success and achieved republican results in competitions in Serbian language and literature. In her city, she cooperated with the literary society Zavet, and the cultural and artistic society Kolo srpskih sestara.

She is UNICEF Youth Board member and a first-year student of the Faculty of Security. Her interest is in sociology and ecology. She used to volunteer for Red Cross, be an active member of the school parliament and participate in organization of humanitarian activities in her hometown. In addition to numerous humanitarian actions, she was engaged in working with the most vulnerable children.

Milica is a talented writer with a great sense of word.
