Bojan Pavlović has been the Director of direct channels at AIK Banka a.d. Beograd since May 2016, responsible for digital transformation, e/mBanking, cards and payment systems, and contact center management.Previously, Mr. Pavlović was the COO andDevelopment and Sales Director at the Chip Card processing center, overseeing cooperation with a number of banks in Serbia with respect to payments and card business development (i.e. issuing, acquiring, eCommerce, mobile and P2P payments, risk). He has been in managing positions for the last seven years.
Mr. Pavlović has significant professional experience in the field of banking and payments, both strategic and operational. He has participated in a number of domestic and international conferences, and has thus far published more than ten papers and presentations on payments industry, mobile payments, digital transformation, eCommerce, and related topics. Mr. Pavlovićis an active member of several organizations, e.g. the Banking group of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
He holds Bachelor’sdegree in Executive Management, and has attended various courses in the field of management, banking, mobile payments, clearing and settlement, arbitration and compliance, card profitability, etcetera. He fluently speaks English language.
He was born on December 19th, 1979, and has one child.
