Mrs. Slavica Pavlovic is the President of the Executive Board of Direktna, the position she has held since her appointment in 2016. Operating successfully in the Serbian market for more than 20 years, Eurobank Direktna is among the largest investors in the country with more than 4.8 million euros invested in socially responsible projects and initiatives. 

Mrs. Pavlović joined Eurobank Direktna in 2006. In her capacity as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board, she played an instrumental role in the successful development of the bank and has been a vital part of the management team who established Eurobank Direktna a.d. as a key player in the local market. 

Before joining Eurobank Direktna, she held various managerial positions in auditing services at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young in Serbia. She started her career in banking as a Planning and Analysis Officer at Investbank.

Mrs. Pavlovic is a member of the Board of Banking and Insurance with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Serbian Banks. She also serves as a Management Board Member of the Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences’ Foundation for Studies of Sciences and Arts.

She graduated from the School of Economics, University of Belgrade, Dept. of Finance, Banking and Insurance.
