With more than 16 years of professional experience in Project Management and leadership, Ms. Popovic oversees the overall strategy and project management of Serbia Innovates activity.  She brings years of experience in international best practices in execution of IT projects related to customer experience, digitalization, process redesign, application development and organizational efficiency. She takes a business-minded approach in order to create innovations that accelerate the business development, introducing new operational models and forms of cooperation.
