He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and International Management, and started working in the Italian company Biesse in 2002. He has been in Delta Agrar since 2006, first in the position of seed sales manager, and since 2008 he has been the director of the seed program. In 2014, Luka assumed the position of director of distribution, which he still holds, and since 2019 he has also held the position of general director of Delta Feed. From January 2022, he held the position of Assistant Director for Operational Affairs. From 2023, he takes over the position of general director of Delta Agrar. He is the president of the Board of Directors of the Serbian Seed Association. He speaks English and German.

Luka is married and has two children.
