Matthias Predojević (1976), with a degree in business administration, has more than 20 years experience on several leading and managing director and project management positions in the field of industrial processes, production and human resources. Active in the chemical industry, oil seed processing industries, electrical installations on low voltage and production of low voltage control cabinets. 
He is Vice President Corporate Development, General Manager of one of the member companies and Director of the Industrial Chemical Park Prahovo inside the Elixir Group (Serbia, www.elixirgroup.rs ) 
Since 2019. he has a great role in developing Elixir Groups investments and activities in the chemical industry in the fields of Corporate Development, Circular Economy and Sustainability; Production of phosphoric acid and mineral fertilizers; Energy efficiency; Commercial responsibility; Merger and acquisitions and Project calculations.
The Elixir Group (Serbia), with 1.800 employees and turnover of 600 mio €, is the largest chemical and mineral fertilizer producer in South East Europe. It is a private owned company with two own production facilities and an annual production of 600,000 tons of mineral fertilizers and 185,000 tons of phosphoric acid (P2O5 based). The annual Turnover in 2022 is 500mio Euros.
Matthias Predojević previously held significant roles in various business systems. He was General Manager at POWER SOLUTIONS GmbH, Member of R+S Group; General Manager and Managing partner at RSE solutions GmbH, Member of R+S Group; General Manager of the German Branch at Energotehnika Južna Bačka Novi Sad, Serbia. 
Education he aquired in Germany - after Secondary school Hermann Hesse Realschule Reutlingen he graduated from Industrie Hochschule Reutlingen, Industrial Management faculty.
He lives in Lanaken, Belgium.
