RADOVANOVIĆ Vladimir
Assistant Minister, Department of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Technology
Born in Aranđelovac, Serbia, in 1989, where he completed primary and secondary education.

Received the bachelor’s degree of the Faculty of Philosophy (2013) and the master’s degree (2014 and 2022 -) at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade and the Multidisciplinary Program of Business Performance Management at the University of Belgrade.

His work in the field of youth and technological-innovative entrepreneurship, as well as support for micro, small and medium-sized companies, began during his studies, first as the vice president for cooperation with the economy of the Student Conference of the University of Serbia (SKONUS), and then as a co-founder and program director Associations Economic Forum of Youth.

Since 2016, he has been employed at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, in the Center for Support Programs for the Economy and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, with a specific focus on technologically innovative companies.

Aside from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, he also worked at Roaming Electronics, FOX Electronics, the Center for Digital Transformation as the development and communications manager, at the startup company Joberty as the Community Manager for Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Romania, and as the COO at the startup HowTo...? where he was also a co-founder.

Since 2019, he has been working as a teaching associate at the Academy of Professional Studies in Šumadija, teaching the courses Entrepreneurship in Tourism and Hotel Management and Project Management, and since 2022 as a practical lecturer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade.

In 2017, the project he designed and led – "Caravan of Youth Entrepreneurship" – was declared the best national project that promotes entrepreneurship in the country by the European Commission and the European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA).

In 2018, he was a scholarship recipient of the Japanese government through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Developing SME policies in Japan program.

Since 2018, he has been a certified trainer for writing a business plan and the business startup education program by the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ).

He lives in Belgrade, where he is married and is the father of two children.
