Mr. Vukašin Radulović, M.Sc. Electrical Engineering is the founder of the companies Infolab and Heliant, specialising in the field of information technology, especially in the field of healthcare and insurance. Heliant solutions are used by more than 250 state and private health institutions at all levels of health care in Serbia and the region. Heliant is a pioneer in promoting data standardization in the OMOP CDM format in Serbia and a holder of the FhIR certificate. 

From 2009 to 2014, he performed the function of the Executive Director for Health Insurance Development in the National Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia. He was engaged in projects supporting the reform of mandatory health insurance, as well as leading a project to develop an integrated health information system. He was a member of the National Expert Committee on Information Technologies in Healthcare and the National Expert Committee for the drafting of the new Law on Health Documentation and Records in the field of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.

He managed software development projects for companies from Serbia, Canada, Sweden, Finland and England.

In November 2022, he was elected president of the NALED Health Alliance, an independent, non-profit association whose mission is to improve the business environment in Serbia through public-private dialogue.

Mr. Vukašin Radulović was born on May 29, 1974, in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade, where he also obtained a master's degree in electrical engineering. At the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade, he also received a master's degree in management in the health care system.

He speaks English and French. He is married with two children.
