Dejan is a founder of ICT Hub, a center for technology entrepreneurship and innovation. ICT Hub is one of the key stakeholders in the local and regional innovation ecosystem, bringing together individuals, startups, companies, experts and institutions, by providing them with consulting services and overall support on their innovation journeys. It is the market leader in providing corporate innovation consultancy services in Serbia, with strong footprint in the SEE region. Since 2016., ICT Hub partnered with more than 50 largest and most successful companies in various industries, helping them to achieve growth through innovation.  In 2021 ICT Hub started Serbia Innovates, with the aim to detect and support the most prominent area of innovation, with capacity to become innovation related focus of Serbian economy. Currently, Serbia Innovates is focused on hi tech solutions in: food, agro, medical & biotechnology, gaming and web3 & block chain.

Being an entrepreneur for over twenty years, he has been active as a consultant and mentor on numerous initiatives concerning incentives and development for entrepreneurship, innovations and start-up projects.
With twenty years of experience in the field of marketing, advertising and branding, Dejan is CEO of DNA Communications, full-service consulting company in area of communications.

Mr. Ranđić is board member of Serbian Association of Managers (SAM). 

He studied Electrical Engineering at Belgrade University and earned MBA degree from Cotrugli Business School.
