Jelena Ristic, Country manager at Mastercard 

Jelena Ristic is a Country manager for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina markets at Mastercard, a technological leader in non-cash transactions. Jelena is responsible for the development and execution of local strategies in these markets and maintaining strong partnerships with key customers in the private and public sectors. 

Since 2009, she has been continuously developing and implementing innovative methods for card payments, ensuring that they are always fast, safe, and secure. She has built a business reputation on the achieved results, fair and good relationships, by developing public-private partnerships that make everyday life easier for citizens. 

Jelena is also the Vice president of the Fair Competition Association of NALED and a member of the Advisory Board of the Rome Business School. She has a degree in economics and came to Mastercard from the banking sector.
