Pawel Rychlinski is President of the Central Eastern Europe Division comprising 19 countries

Pawel joined Mastercard in 2005 as Vice President, Product Sales for High Growth European Markets. He also served as Cluster manager for Poland, Ukraine, Romania and the Balkans and has been Division President for Germany and Switzerland as well as for High Growth European Markets. Under his leadership, Pawel’s teams have followed his belief in innovation, making all markets flagships for contactless payments.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Pawel worked for American Express where he was Head of the corporate cards division and a member of the management board. Before he was Director of marketing and sales at Sygma Bank Polska.
Pawel holds a degree in German Philology from the University of Warsaw, an executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota, and a postgraduate degree in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
